Modern and nice little hotel, I appreciated its central location close enough to a train station, the grocery store and the airport by public transport.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

I stayed in this amazing hotel for 7 days, had good experience, truly enjoyed its PARTICULARLY GOOD location near to two different bus stops, the centre and Aldi supermarket and Burger King. The room was nicely furnished and silent with smoke detectors for safety measures. All the staff was very very helpful, tackled my issues.

During my Christmas stay, I found the hotel to be impeccably clean, with fresh towels provided daily and the option to have sheets changed upon request. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that guests were satisfied. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. One advantage that I particularly enjoyed was the efficient air conditioning system, providing a comfortable stay even during the hot weather.
The room I stayed in was on the smaller side, with a compact bathroom and limited storage space. the variety of breakfast options was quite limited, with the same choices offered each day.

There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was welcoming. My room included a safe box, 2 windows, and an ironing set. The breakfasts were large with Portuguese croissants and fresh bread, as example and all the staff was attentive.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided sufficient towels and pillows, and the shampoo and soap were of decent quality. The air conditioning worked well and the hotel had a convenient location, making it easy to reach the beaches or Porto city center. having hand sanitizers placed throughout the hotel was a thoughtful touch.
The room and bathroom were on the smaller side, with limited storage space. The breakfast area was a bit small, often resulting in a wait for a table.

All the hotel staff were polite and helpful, and most of them spoke English. The hotel was clean and the buffet breakfast was available until midday.
The only food available outside breakfast hours is from vending machines.
